Goes Above and Beyond
Melanie is the best travel agent I have ever worked with. She not only finds great options but she takes care of you during and after your trip. She truly goes above and beyond. She is dedicated, professional, knowledgeable and highly responsive! We have booked two trips to Cuba and one trip to Dominican with her in the past three years and she has exceeded our expectations each time. I look forward to booking our next trip with her!
